I work with adults navigating anxiety, panic, burnout, depression, trauma, relationship strain, self-worth difficulties, grief, and major life transitions.

This space is for adults navigating struggles while holding the demands of work, family, and adult emotional responsibility.​

This work goes beyond just supportive conversation. It’s about using professional expertise to understand what isn’t working beneath the surface and actively shaping change from the inside out.

How do you work?

​

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic thinking. This means exploring how past experiences, attachment patterns, and relational dynamics shape the way you think, feel, and cope today.

 

Alongside this depth work, I integrate practical, evidence-based strategies drawn from CBT- and DBT-informed approaches to help stabilise symptoms such as emotional overwhelm, panic, and stress.

Therapy moves in two directions at once: building insight into your internal world while developing tools for regulation, resilience, and meaningful change. You can expect therapy that is compassionate, direct, and grounded in real psychological change.

Where do you work?

​

Therapy is offered fully online​. No commute, no traffic, no parking hassles. Sessions take place from wherever you are — allowing the work to unfold within the comfort of your own space, in a way that fits naturally into modern life.
